Find your water. Choose your tackle.

• Fish at valid freshwater, shoreline, coastal, and deep-sea locations
• Four rod tiers with configurable stats and catch-weight limits
• Casting, bite timing, and reeling
• Fishing HUD with adjustable positioning
• Natural bait and reusable lures with limited uses
• Tackle-box storage

Every catch has somewhere to go.

• Species-specific catches with actual recorded weights
• Rare variants, personal records, and server leaderboards
• Fish stringers and transfer to compatible unlocked vehicle trunks
• Legal fish markets and protected-catch decisions
• Configurable prices, economy, fishing pressure, and buyer locations

Pack the right dependencies.

Requires QBOX (qbx_core), ox_lib, ox_inventory, ox_target, oxmysql, and vrp-notify.

Vitality Progression XP and Vitality Shops tackle-shop integration are optional. Those resources are separate and are not included.

Get ready for the first cast.

1. Install as vrp-fishing and start after dependencies.
2. Import install.sql.
3. Merge OX_INSTALL/vrp_fishing_items.lua into ox_inventory/data/items.lua.
4. Copy the OX_INSTALL/images PNG files into ox_inventory/web/images.
5. Adjust config.lua, then restart the dependencies and resource.

Server setup is required. Cfx.re Asset Escrow protects client and server Lua. Configuration and installation files remain editable.
